To Apply for one of our properties

- Click the Rental Application PDF link above and print a copy for each adult.  

- We will need a monthly household net income of at least twice the rent.  So please compile pay stubs for the last 30-days or income statement from government assistance or retirement

- If possible you can scan and email them to us at martinelliproperties@gmail.com or drop them off at our office using the brass mail slot in our front door.

- We will call you when we receive them to make arrangements to show you the property.
