Q: When is my rent due?
A: Rent is due in full on the 1st of every month and is considered late if paid after the 5th.
Q: How can I pay my rent?
A: We accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks for rent payments. We are unable to accept CASH or Debit Cards.
Q: What do I do if I'm locked out of my property?
A: During our normal business hours you are welcome to come by and pick up a copy of your keys, however if it is after hours or on a weekend, you will need to make other arrangements. ie. hide-a-key or locksmith Q: What do I do if I have an emergency after hours or over the weekend? A: You have two options. The first is to call our office and leave a message on our answering machine
(559) 673-2166. We do check the messages over the weekend. Make sure to say your name, address, the problem, and your contact number. The second option is to email us. You can do so directly from your email or from our contact us page. Make sure to list the same contact info. The emails go directly to Lauren's phone and she checks them often.
Q: What happens if I have a maintenance emergency over the weekend?
A: We are closed on the weekends, but we do continue to check our messages. Please call the office and leave a detailed message including your name, address, maintenance issue and status, and most importantly your phone number. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. That comes directly do Lauren's phone and is checked more often than the messages. Please keep in mind that even if we get the message, not all contacts are open on weekends so depending on what the issue is it might not be able to be addressed till the following week.
